Fitness, their instructors are trained in nationally recognized pre/postnatal fitness certification to ensure classes are fun and safe.
Oh Baby! Fitness focuses on new and expectant moms, helping them find a place full of support and a friendly atmosphere for getting fit and bonding with their babies. Oh Baby! Fitness at Kingston Collection is set to open on November 4. Their 45 minute Stroller Workout will begin at 9AM and is designed to give your arms, legs and abs a workout while your baby plays along.
